Onsite support is $150/hr, with a 1-hour minimum. Additional work is billed in 15 minute increments.
Following guidance from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health, we are currently conducting all appointments remotely via Digital Support by phone, videoconference, and screen sharing as appropriate. Digital Support is billed in six-minute increments with a $50 minimum.

When our travel time is more than 30 minutes one-way, our fee includes the time required to reach your location.
